ANZ Transactive - Global
Following the announcement by the Central Bank of Oman (CBO) on implementation of International Bank Account Number (IBAN), effective immediately, pacs.008 payments to Oman in all currencies must contain a valid 23-digit Oman IBAN.
To ensure your payments are processed successfully, please ensure that the IBAN is quoted in the account number field for all transfers to Oman regardless of currency.
Payments not containing an IBAN may be rejected.
Example of Oman IBAN Format: OM060010000001234567890
(OM - country code, 2 check digits, followed by a 3-digit bank code and 16-digit account number)
For example, if the beneficiary's account is in Oman with no intermediary bank (also known as two party payments), then this account number must be quoted on the payment instruction in IBAN format. With SWIFT, this corresponds to the creditor field on pacs.008 (non-bank) payment instructions.

If the beneficiary's bank uses an intermediary bank in Oman (also known as three party payments), then the account number at the intermediary bank must be quoted on the payment instruction in IBAN format. With SWIFT pacs.008 (non-bank) payment instructions, this corresponds to the creditor agent field with the intermediary bank quoted in the intermediary field.

The ability to toggle between ANZ Digital Key and Token in the Security screen of the Transactive - Global Mobile app will be removed.
All approvals will be required to be enacted on the security device used at log in.
